Accountant – GL

You will be responsible for
- AP matching and payment of non-trade expenses (A/C supplies)
- VAT checking against original tax invoice and document filling (payment voucher & tax invoice)
- Check documents e.g. tax invoice and filling tax invoice VAT report
- Prepare balance sheet spread sheet every period end for responded account code
- Handles all aspects of accounting and filing (payment voucher & journal voucher)
- Co-ordinate and work with concerned department
- Prepare withholding tax, tax invoice and all relevant document to Revenue Department
You will need
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- 2-3 years experience with accounting for GL or AP Non-Trade (Oracle knowledge will be advantage)
- Knowledge in tax fields; withholding tax and VAT
- Strong computer literature in MS office and Accounting Software
- Well organized with ability to meet deadlines
