Becoming a Manager in a Tesco Customer Fulfilment Centre gives you a leading role in the newest part of our retail operation. Our Customer Fulfilment Centres are large, fast-paced and fast-growing, with more than 72,000 orders to pick and deliver each week. So it’s an exciting chance to put your skills, experience and instincts to the test: chasing opportunities, finding better ways of working and getting things just right for our customers.
 

You’ll be a role model, helping colleagues to know and love our products and services, getting everyone stuck in with community projects and proving just how much we can achieve together.
 

You’ll get to grow your own team – by spotting talent, making sure your team is trained, and giving them the feedback and support they need to be their best.
 

We’ll look to you to maximise sales, impact and presentation, while making sure everything is safe and compliant, and everyone’s in the right place at the right time.
 

This role is what management should be: leading your colleagues and making a difference for your customers.

You’ll be someone who can lead and inspire a team, build loyalty and give customers great service. You’ll need previous management experience and be able to meet targets, provide training and stick to our guidelines.

This is a hands-on job where things move fast and opportunities are everywhere. As a manager you’ll have all eyes on you to make sure everyone is fired up, focused and working in the same direction. To help you flourish in such a fast-paced role we’ve got a well-defined way of working that you’ll be expected to master.
 

It’s a big commitment: as a retailer, you may need to work five days out of seven at the Customer Fulfilment Centre, with shifts to fit the working hours – including some Sundays and Bank Holidays.
