In 2014 we opened our very first redesigned Café, offering a new cook to order menu that has a wide range of “Bake our own products”. Guests love it and there is a strong appetite for more!

Our hospitality business operating inside Tesco Stores provides our guests somewhere comfy to have a quick & convenient bite to eat or simply enjoy a great cup of coffee or tea.

We believe spending time getting to know our guests makes them want to return. A simple smile or remembering a guest’s name can make all the difference to someone’s busy day.

We are passionate people, so we are looking to recruit talented, like –minded Café teams to provide terrific down-to-earth food and warm, friendly service in our new look Café.

The majority of our jobs are based on site within The Café. Supporting teams are often mobile, so we can be as flexible and supportive of the Café’s as possible.

We also have a central office in Milton Keynes to provide training, menu development and business support.

  • General Manager - Take centre stage and own the show, making decisions and driving the business
  • Team Leader - Lead your team with energy & enthusiasm, committed to helping others reach their full potential
  • Chef – Dedicated to providing a great guest experience, performing under pressure and have a keen eye for detail
  • Team Member - Simply love to help others, with a warm and friendly smile, multi-tasking to provide the best service
  • Operations Manager – Role model for your region, taking full ownership and accountability for the guest experience, Profit & Loss and Café team development

All our jobs have a specific skill set, some more technical than others, but you’ll be someone who gets on with people and works well in a team.
