You could be working with anyone of our UK colleagues – from your immediate team, to our senior leadership teams, and collaborating with other teams in the office, stores or distribution.

It varies, depending on what team you’ll be working with:

Customer Service – We always put our customers at the heart of everything we do. Our goal is to help customers with any problems they might have – from cash operation to car parks issues or queuing experiences. You’ll work with all business functions and senior leaders to design simple and innovative solutions that will help your colleagues improve the functional and emotional quality of their service.

Planning, Response and Price Integrity – You’ll listen to our colleagues and help them solve any issues they might have – from dealing with workload and providing operational support, to giving communication advice on behalf of our stores and supporting our teams so they can implement changes effectively.

Operations Development – As part of this team, you’ll be looking for new ways to simplify the way we do things today, and transform the way we do them in the future. You’ll be involved with improving our business processes and operations so we can deliver the best shopping experience for our customers – from delivering a programme of world-class replenishment, striving to make us most effective at getting all our different products from our Distribution Centres to the warehouses of all our different stores and then onto the shop floor for customers, to planning complex changes for the business and implementing those changes in our departments.

Stores Productivity – You’ll make sure your store colleagues spend most of their time on the shop floor so they can always be available to help our customers and deliver great service.

Food Operations – You’ll design plans and strategies for all of our food areas to create the best environment – for both our customers and our colleagues.

Managing Hours – You’ll manage teams’ hours and schedules to make sure everything runs smoothly in store, your colleagues get the time off they deserve and any time clashes are resolved quickly and easily.
