We cover everything from working with local producers through to global sourcing. Every day offers a different challenge as we focus on our shared passion on offering fantastic quality, innovation and value for money.

The way our customers shop is changing so we have structured our Food teams to ensure we can lead the way in the new world of multichannel retailing. Our teams of experts work to ensure our customers get exactly what they want.

You could be a Buyer, sourcing and buying great quality products for our customers at the best price; or a Customer expert, using insight to drive our overall strategy for Food.

Alternatively you could join our team of Commodity and Packaging experts, helping our business and our suppliers to manage commodity risk.

If Agriculture is your passion, you could join our team of Agriculture experts, working with our farmers to strengthen our partnerships and ensure our products are meeting standards right from the source.

There are also opportunities abroad in our key Sourcing regions. These roles are crucial in keeping us more connected to people, products and activities on the ground. That could mean managing tropical fruit in Costa Rica, grapes in Chile or tinned tomatoes in Italy.

The Food Buying and Customer teams have to anticipate what customers want, using the latest customer insight and trend information to build the best ranges and market-leading offers across both brands and own-label. From the juiciest berries to the zingiest shower gels, every product you see on shelf or on promotion will have been decided by you and your team, based on what we know is right for customers.
