Our National Operations Centre in Milton Keynes runs in partnership with IMS evolve, and offers a seamless call handling and job dispatch process to our technical service teams, using state-of-the-art technology.

We’re committed to improving the sustainability of our assets, and our Reuse Centre encourages this through the refurbishment of key assets.

Energy

We take energy conservation seriously, and are constantly looking for new ways to conserve the overall energy consumption and carbon footprint of our stores. By remotely managing our heating, lighting and refrigeration settings we make sure our stores are at the right temperature, which keeps our assets working and our customers comfortable. We also work to deploy more efficient technologies to our new and existing sites, and generate energy from renewable sources.
