Throughout our business we run several development programmes for our staff and our managers, from graduate programmes to Options, to enable all our people to develop the skills they need to get on in their careers. It is a priority for us to develop leadership at every level in every part of our business.

This year alone over 2,900 managers have been appointed in the UK, and thousands of members of staff promoted in Asia and Europe. We try actively to share our managers' knowledge as a company, and our people move not only roles but also countries to help broaden their depth of knowledge, and add value to their new role.
