Our Structure

Each country has its own Head of Loss Prevention and Security. In the UK there is also a Loss Prevention and Security team dedicated to our Distribution Centres.

Loss Prevention Managers work within each stores group to oversee security issues and many stores also have their own security manager.

The real strength of our Loss Prevention and Security operation is the broad range of complimentary skills. Sure, some of our security staff have police or military backgrounds - but not all.

Others started their careers in general retail or other commercial, giving us a unique perspective.
