But working anywhere within Property, you'll be the sort of person who can keep on top of a fast-moving, ever-changing workload. You're an expert in your professional field, a natural team player and you love a challenge.
Above all, you're passionate about creating truly great stores and giving customers what they really need.
A relevant vocational qualification like RICS or RTPI isn't essential - but it certainly won't do you any harm either.

Property Acquisition Team
Our Property Acquisition teams buy the land while our Town Planners work with Development Executives and consultants to obtain planning permission and make the sites available to build on.
Property Services Team
Here, as you'd expect, you'll find Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineering Managers and Maintenance Managers.
But you'll also find Design Managers, Merchandising Managers and Retail and Feasibility Planners, who make sure that our stores are designed and planned to deliver what our customers actually need.
Then there's our Value/Cost Managers, who see to it that we're investing our money wisely and get the best return of our build cost.
Assets and Estates Team
In Assets and Estates, meanwhile, we have Property Managers to manage the existing estate, joint ventures and assets disposal.
