Like all our managers, you'll see life at the sharp end in our stores - that's the only way you'll be able to do your job training and coaching staff, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with them as they deal with our customers.
Which means that while they're learning, so are you.
One of the biggest parts of your role is to seek out the leaders of the future - searching right across the store. You'll also coach and develop at all levels, to help the management team - and future management teams - develop their leadership skills.
In other words, it's far more than a regular personnel role.
