Trading Managers
You'll lead, coach and manage your Section/Department Managers to deliver the Every Little Helps promise to our customers - supporting the 24/7 operation of our stores.
It's about driving the team to achieve company Key performance indicators across the business, ensuring we stick to company and trading procedures. Working closely with the Store Manager, at times you'll also be completely accountable for the whole store operation.
And it doesn't get much bigger than that.
