It's about making sure our customers always get the great service they've come to expect from us - at the same time guaranteeing you never feel thrown in at the deep end. It's just not the way we work.
Living Service
All of our store managers go through our Stores Leadership Programme. This is a course designed to provide technical training, refresh operating skills and deliver Every Little Helps for our customers, people and operations. Store managers learn to be more personally effective, deliver simpler replenishment processes and ensure the team works effectively to maximise productivity.
To complement this, Living Service is based around our core values of 'No-one tries harder for customers' and 'Treat people how we like to be treated'. The feedback we've had shows the programme helps our staff release more of their energy, potential and talent - and enjoy their job more.
