Where do you fit in? Tesco Personal Finance

Retail's changed - it's not just about tinned peas and breakfast cereals any more. Banking and personal finance are the new success stories, and Tesco is leading the way with one of the world's largest supermarket banks.

Tesco Personal Finance is one of the UK's fastest growing financial services businesses. Launched in 1997 as a joint venture with the Royal Bank of Scotland, we're proud to say we now have over 5 million customer accounts and made £205 million in profit in 2005.

Out with stuffy, in with can-do

Straddling retailing and banking, we're very different from other financial services companies. We wear casual clothes every day, believe anything is possible, and pride ourselves on being different and exciting. As part of a leading multinational business we work very hard - but we play hard too.

Move with the market

As part of the team, you'll be helping promote our range of financial products. In-store posters, leaflets, direct mail, TV, press campaigns... there's load of exciting marketing activity to mastermind.

To stay competitive, we keep a close eye on the financial marketplace. And we need people to help us keep our end up internally too - negotiating with stores, fighting for floor space, suggesting joint promotions (like the successful tie-in between pet insurance and pet food we came up with).
