Who we look for

Lots of different kinds of people work in Tesco Personal Finance, and we're not obsessive about you having specific financial qualifications. What we are looking for is evidence that you're analytical and numerate, and have the passion and nous to take us on.

Of course, a solid retailing or banking background and some marketing experience would be useful. Anyone used to managing big budgets will be right at home here too, as our marketing spend is almost £20million.

Finally, you'll need to demonstrate an enthusiastic, motivated, hands-on approach. Because most of all, we look for people who are good at making things happen...

Starring roles

We're always on the lookout for 'profit and loss' responsible Marketing Managers, Internet Marketing Managers and Product Managers - people who can make sure our marketing efforts are both cost-effective and hard-hitting. You'll be based at our offices in Edinburgh or Cheshunt, and travel a fair bit between the two.
