Part-Time Personnel Manager (22.5 hours) - Hunstanton

Job Description

What you will need is personnel management experience and ideally be CIPD trained along with great leadership skills. And if you have spent time working in a fast moving, customer focused environment like ours even better.

Candidate Profile

The Personnel Managers role, is where your you will be helping everyone to reach their full potential. You will also have to coach and support the management team to help them to deliver the best customer service, through their people. Be able to demonstrate drive and energy you will readily share your knowledge with the team to help drive sales.
