Business Information Manager

As Business Analyst your key responsibilities will include:

To provide support and insight for all areas of the business in order to assist with strategic planning and decision making, helping them to achieve financial and non financial targets.

In addition, your job requires delivery of MI and analysis of previous initiatives and campaigns. To this end, you will access a range of databases and perform account NPV analysis, customer account segmentation / profiling and profitability analysis.

Use your database knowledge with SQL, SAS and Excel to perform the analysis and publish your findings.

You will assist the migration team with your product expertise and support the development of the future data warehouse and associated deliverables.

Producing/developing key Management Information (MI).

Dealing with ad-hoc business issues and data requests.

Supporting Project work.

Experience required:

SAS development experience.

SQL development experience.

Knowledge of Retail Financial Products, (credit cards, loans, mortgages, savings, general insurance ).

Relational & OLAP database structures.

Compiling reports and presentations.
