Coming from the supplier base I had heard about Tesco's focus and commitment to their customers and was interested to be part of this team. When I started in GFS I was instantly aware of the calibre of people I was working with and listening to the senior team's vision I knew that this was a business which had its customer at the very heart of what it did. Since joining Tesco I have been amazed at the pace of getting things done, ideas today are made a reality tomorrow and the support of those around you to achieve is the best I've worked with, especially for someone who has only recently joined. There is a clear direction of where this business is going and the people working in the GFS team are all part of making this happen, it's a great time to join this evolving business.
