Within our Commercial division in Head Office we’re always looking for new talent. If you’ve identified that university isn't the path you'd like to take, but you believe you have the drive and the ability to develop a career within Tesco, then we can offer you the opportunity to get on.

Trainee Merchandise and Trainee Buying opportunities are open to students who have completed their A Levels, have 240 UCAS and are looking for an alternative to university. It isn't an easier option, just a different route. You'll have shown through your exam results that you have the drive to succeed. Now this is the opportunity to prove it.
