A Programme as fast paced and challenging as ours really isn't for everyone. Of course we'll support you, but expectations will be high and responsibility will come thick and fast. So although the right qualifications are important, it's your approach that will make the real difference.

No matter whether you're a school leaver or just seeking a change of career, you'll have to be ambitious, confident and ready to really get on with your future. You'll need to be mature, capable and professionally minded – ready to aim high and embrace all the responsibility you're given.

The Trainee Management Options Programme's structure rewards drive and determination. So although there'll be plenty of support from managers and colleagues alike, your career growth will ultimately be up to you. And once you've completed the Programme, you'll be equipped to go as far as you want within our international business. Just remember – one of our main Board Directors joined us as a school leaver. Who knows where our Programme will take you?

As we said earlier, the right qualifications are important. To get on the programme, you'll need GCSEs in Maths and English (grade C or above) and 180 UCAS points. This is equivalent to:

• 3 A-Levels (at grade D or above), or
• 6 AS Levels (at grade D or above), or
• Advanced Scottish Highers (3 at grade C or above), or
• Scottish Highers (3 at B and above), or
• BTEC National Award (3 at grade merit and above), or
• BTEC Certificate (Distinction, Merit and above), or
• Irish Learning Certificate (Grade B2 and above), or
• GNVQ (level 3 or above)
