Contract Executive - Collection

Responsibility:-

• Deliver contracts to our tenants on timely manner after get from Contract Production.

• Follow up / make a call and email to get feedback from customer to collect signed contracts and documents from tenants on timeline.
• Review and ensure the completeness of contract such as tenant’s signature and duty stamp.
• Support contracts to property permit department for annual property tax upon request.
• Scan contracts into digital copy and file contracts into storage.
• Keep filing to be neatly of LOI into storage.
• Ensure that all lease documents and data are kept and managed properly.
• Answer queries to tenants as contracts issues or support to send out other documents needs.
• Recap and tracking the number of contract receivable.
• Support my manager in providing contract summary.
• Keep developing for simpler working process.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Finance and Accounting is a benefit).
• Strong negotiation skill.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Good computer skill in Microsoft excel (Pivot, Formula)
• Good problem solving skill.
• Good communication skill.
