Tesco Telecoms and Tesco Mobile are unique in many respects. Tesco Mobile is a joint venture with Telefonica. This enables us to leverage the network capability within Telefonica and retailing strengths within the Tesco team to build a successful business and a diverse team. Tesco Telecoms is part of Tesco.

Any colleague working within the Tesco Telecoms & Tesco Mobile team can enjoy a variety of experiences. You could start your career with us as a Team Member. That could be in Store, or Head Office. From there, you could develop and progress to join one of our Store Management teams or within our Marketing, Operations, Commercial or Customer Service teams in the Head Office.

We have all the functions you would see in the main Tesco business – such as customer proposition, commercial & marketing, finance & services, operational development, project & change management, international, channels to market (store, online and contact centres) - all focused on serving our shoppers better, as well as sharing and collaborating with the wider Tesco business.
Our teams are based all over the UK and some internationally – so depending on the role you play, you could be interacting with our teams across the UK in our stores, contact centres or head office. You’ll work with colleagues within the Tesco Telecoms and Tesco Mobile team, as well as collaborating with many different departments across the whole Tesco business.
Outside of our business you will be building great working relationships with our suppliers and other partners – whether that be one of the big networks or manufacturers or our marketing agencies and contacts.
You could be doing one of many things that help us become Tesco's shoppers' favourite mobile provider. We offer a wide range of roles and opportunities to suit a variety of skill sets and backgrounds.
We want to deliver a seamless journey for all our customers. Because of how we work together as one team you will be able to see the fruits of your labour come alive at the shelf edge and get real time feedback on how your work has landed with our customers.
You could be building great plans from our customer insight, ensuring we have the best customer experience plans for all our categories.
You could be working in our marketing, brand and advertising teams, either managing campaigns, trade driving activity or communication plans
If you are working in our commercial teams you could be purchasing the next big thing, the newest handset and negotiating the best deals for our customers.
You could be developing our online content and continuously improving the customer journey.
In our retail team you could be developing and improving our retail space, provide central support for our retail teams or working within the retail team in stores providing a great service to our customers.
Within our contact centres you could be part of the operational management team ensuring we deliver the best service to our customers.
You could also be part of our stock management and operations team making sure our products seamlessly reach our customers.
