About the role

Day to day management of both the International Calling and Sim Free categories. Maintaining competitive yet profitable pricing/promotions to help deliver the overall sales and profit plan.

You will be responsible for

• Ownership of the International Calling (IC) and Sim Free P&L.
• Creating and managing targeted, market leading IC propositions in order to deliver strong long term P&L growth. 
• Defining and executing trading (pricing and promotional, new acquisition and base management) strategies based on deep customer insight that balances short and long term profitability with strong customer advocacy and NPS scores.
• Overseeing the impact of the marketing strategies (both digital and in store) to ensure that the pricing, promotional and targeting actions are delivering within the P&L plan. 
• Reviewing GFK/market data to ensure we have the best range of SIM Free handsets for our customers both in stores and online
• Ensure we maintain sufficient stock levels and manage exit plans so that we can make way for new devices
• Providing daily/weekly reporting on IC & Sim Free KPI's, reviewing market pricing to ensure we maintain competitiveness

You will need

Experience relevant for this job:

- Experience within a commercial/operational role
- Experience within the supermarket sector
- Experience with pricing and ranging
- An interest in apps/product development
- Knowledge of the UK telecoms sector (international a plus)
