About the role

Working within the Operations Development team you will support the Project Managers and Transformations Managers with the development, delivery and management of their initiatives. You will work with them to ensure that the best solutions are landed in store as effectively as possible.

You will be responsible for

Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence Taking on activities that free up my team to focus on the most complex aspect of their roles, including:

- Organising meetings, facilitating them, capturing and sharing next steps - Communicating changes to stores through the Store Communications team

- Updating training material and documentation to reflect changes - Performing data capture and project analysis

- Analysing output from the Productivity Model to understand process costs and opportunities

- Tracking project delivery, working with store teams to identify and resolve issues - Tracking project costs –

 Managing smaller projects or elements of larger initiatives

You will need

Operational skills relevant for this job:

Experience relevant for this job:

  • Project Co-ordination/Administration Analytics (preferred)
  • Project Management
