About the role

Ensure our data is fit for purpose for direct customer comms, working across CRM, Direct Comms, Technology and Service Teams.

You will be responsible for


• Ensure that the data we use is accurate, safe and legal and own reporting key customer base stats
• Map and build an understanding of the different data sources and services that could be used for direct communications
• Build strong working relationships across technology and service teams, working with them to scope, prioritise and build roadmaps
• Influence and drive marketing requirements and improvements for data changes within the customer facing One Account (inc. preference centre) enabling personalised communication on the customers terms.
 

You will need

- Good understanding of data and data architecture
- Understanding of direct Marketing/CRM strategy
- Ability to visualise process and data structure
- Great communications skills
- Great stakeholder manager skills 
 - Experience working within or closely alongside technology and data teams
 - Experience of direct marketing/CRM strategy.
