About the role

To interface and support the Tesco Hospitality Executive to deliver and implement the on-going strategy. Interpret strategy into reality enabling our cafe teams to deliver our goals.

You will be responsible for

- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best
- Supporting the design and implementation of the operational strategy including but not exclusive:
1) labour management, review and implementation
2) organisational structure review and support
3) Investment support and planning
4) communications and in store execution
5) training content, delivery and vehicles to deliver this

You will need


Experience relevant for this job:

Cafe Operational experience, invested and non invested

1yr + Multi site operational hospitality experience is desired

Line Management experience

Operational skills relevant for this job:

Can do attitude and an willingness to learn and evolve

In depth knowledge of the end to end operations within the invested and non invested cafe estate,

Understanding of the current training needs within a cafe

Understanding of the development process undertaken within cafe's
