About the role

Working across Marketing & Technology to ensure our data is visible, rigorous and measured.

You will be responsible for

• Ensuring the data we use is accurate, safe and legal
• Monitoring & Reporting of our email customer database
• Mapping & Building an understanding of the various data sources & services and leveraging for our customer communications
• Building strong working relationships across technology and service teams, working with them to scope, prioritise and build roadmaps
• Supporting the Targeting & Automation lead to influence and drive marketing requirements and improvements

You will need

- Understanding of data and data architecture
- Understanding of Digital Marketing/CRM
- Ability to visualise process and data structure
- Stakeholder management  
- Project Management
- Written & Verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical knowledge to various audiences
- Experience working within or closely alongside technology and data teams
 - Experience of direct marketing/CRM strategy.
