Store Projects & CEC Operations Manager – Memberships & Loyalty

About the role

Deliver Membership, Loyalty & CRM change successfully into stores and the CEC to drive Clubcard penetration & active customers, and to make the operation more efficient.

This role is a maternity cover opportunity, with an ideal start date of mid August.

You will be responsible for

- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

- Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best

- Leading the operational delivery of Clubcard transformation projects e.g. digitisation

- Delivering store facing change e.g. briefing stores on Clubcard Prices

- Delivering Clubcard Partner change into the operation

- Supporting the Clubcard operation in store and in CEC e.g. supporting stores on Yammer

- Leading and developing the relationship with the CEC against a clear set of KPIs including contact reduction plan

  • Store operational experience
  • CEC operational experience
