About the role

Identify, deliver and optimise the right personalised offers within the CRM campaigns working across CRM campaign planning, Coupon Ops and Dunnhumby 

You will be responsible for

  • Manage the coupon pool ensuring relevancy and breadth of offers, refreshing and flexing over time
  • Optimising the allocated campaign budget with coupons balancing reach, depth and number of offers
  • Executing and operating the coupon element of campaigns successfully and effectively
  • Delivering a test and learn coupon programme to gain knowledge and insight to continuously improve the CRM coupons supporting the CRM strategy
  • Tracking and analysing coupon performance of each campaign
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM programme
  • Own the supplier personalised offer strategy - principles and guidelines and work with dh to secure offers to support the CRM programme
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
