About the role

Connected to all in-store activity, manage the day to day of planning, store capacity and any briefs coming into the team. Responsible for ensuring the customer journey in-store is cohesive and supports business objectives.

You will be responsible for

- Managing the day to day requests of the team from multiple areas of the business, ensuring I am connected with the Media Planning team and the wider customer proposition calendar.

- Responsible for the total volume of messaging in-store and how the overall customer journey links back to our in-store customer communication principles.

- Overseeing all communications to the store, ensuring they it is clear and consistent. This should be done in partnership with the Business Support function.

- Ensuring all campaign managers and assistants within the In-store Customer Comms team receive clear briefs for all activity. This should be done with a holistic overview of individuals current workload and capacity.

- Managing relationships across all current suppliers, including supporting on any current processes, retainers and total spend conversations.

- Driving innovation within the team, including further consolidation cost savings, ROI on current total spend and identifying the role of digital marketing within the in-store environment.

- Supporting in the implementation of the POS Centre application across the in-store comms team and the wider business including Tesco Mobile, Cafe, Bank and F&F.

- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
