About the role

The Accounts team owns the frame around your interactions with Tesco globally. We build the

experience of your first registration and introduction to Tesco, through logging into every digital

service Tesco offers and centrally managing your account settings. We empower you to control your

relationship with us, we keep you secure even when you don’t see us, and we fight for you to have a

seamless experience as you move between Tesco’s multiple apps, websites, countries, and even

businesses. When we do our job, Tesco feels smooth and you feel in charge. We’re also a huge business

driver because we quite literally unlock every other digital proposition Tesco offers.

Because the area is growing, we’re looking for a brave Lead Product Manager to take charge of the

vision and deliver it across every country Tesco operates in. This is an especially exciting time to lead

the team because we are at the front of Tesco’s global technology transformation, so we have

executive sponsorship and substantial budget. The role has line management responsibility, spans the

whole product lifecycle, and includes travel at least once per quarter to Ireland, Central Europe, or

Asia.

To succeed you must be mission driven leader as you face into the challenges of tailoring experiences

to a broad set of customer segments and markets, connecting very disparate systems, deciding on

highly principled trade-offs between security and customer experience, and uniting a plethora of

stakeholders to deliver a truly unified customer experience. On that journey you will also be have the

incredible opportunity to deep-dive into an a wide range of business areas, including e-commerce,

loyalty, marketing, payments, banking, telecom, fraud, identity management, and even dietary

requirements.
