As part of the Tesco group, Tesco Bank is all about bringing a new approach to personal finance and retail banking, based around the Tesco Values and providing the best in customer service and helping our Customers manage their money better.

An exciting opportunity has arisen Colleague Commercial & Advocacy Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing the Tesco colleague proposition and advocacy strategy for Tesco Bank products and services, working cross functionally across the bank and group business areas and functions.

You will be responsible for

  • Develop and implement Tesco colleague proposition strategy, building a network in bank and working cross functionally with Banking, Insurance and Group Payments& Money Services
  • Develop ongoing, tactical, seasonal & targeted propositions for Tesco colleagues that increase new accounts, increase product holding, improve product retention and overall colleague penetration
  • Develop and implement the Tesco colleague engagement and advocacy strategy for Bank products, increasing awareness, improving experience and access
  • Develop the MI and Reporting suite, using analysis of data to drive and recommend further developments to the proposition
  • Build sustainable and positive relationships across business functions in Bank and Group, ensuring our strategy is always aligned with Bank & Group
  • Manage associated costs & budget that support strategy
  • Develop, own and deliver a marketing and communication plan, using key functions within bank to support implementation
  • As well as the colleague proposition, develop and own the colleague advocacy strategy for in store products and services for Tesco Bank
