About the role

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery outcomes of our People Transformation programme in your distribution channel, for both large and convenience stores.  

You will be responsible for

  • Supporting the Change Manager to develop detailed and high level plans for programme implementation
  • Working with the Change team to track progress across the programme, you will ensure accurate status reporting of channels and projects, managing updates against the plans which can be used for regular programme updates to various stakeholder groups
  • Actively engaging with the programme to understand, resolve and/or escalate risks and issues and wider workstream dependencies
  • Working with the Change team to develop and manage a stakeholder map and plan
  • Coordinating different programme meetings, workshops and other senior meetings for the Channel you support
  • Work with the Change team to create content to support stakeholder meetings
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence

You will need

  • General programme management
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) skills

Organisational skills;
