About the role

Drive Online Operational strategy and optimisation plan, while managing the daily requirements to maximise trade. Focusing on process improvement, automation, site improvement and developing a high performing team.

You will be responsible for

• Build and roll out a clear operational strategy focusing on improving the Online customer experience, utilising Search, Navigation, Data Quality, Price, Promotion and Root Cause Analysis
•  Support the business on the delivery of range changes, ensuring new and existing propositions are available at the right time and with the correct data
• The continuous optimisation of the GHS Taxonomy, Search and Substitutions • Full end to end testing of all seasonal critical attributes. Oversee the management of day-to-day operations to minimize risk & maximise trade.
• Supporting the successful execution of all seasonal events
• Driving improvement opportunities, by maintaining strong relationships with Technology, Fulfilment, Commercial, Development teams and Product Owners
• Ensuring the wider business has a one touch communication point for all website queries and issues, whilst ensuring that any issues are dealt with in a timely manner
• Using the customer feedback received via our Contact Centre & customer surveys to identify trends and learnings to share with the wider business and drive improvements
• Focus on process improvement, development and automation 
• Develop and coach a high performing team

- Proven ability at delivering on time and to a high standard in a fast, creative and dynamic environment 

- Experience in owning business strategy and plans, as well as writing business cases

- Strong people management and development experience
