We are currently looking to recruit someone to join our Product Team.  The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in a commercial environment.

The role would be responsible for working cross functionally to ensure that business initiatives provide a compelling customer and financial offer, which are delivered effectively, efficiently and on time.

About the Role

  • Establish a strategic plan to deliver an improving customer offer
  • Ensure plans and initiatives are delivered effectively, efficiently and on time.
  • Manage and communicate commercial performance. 
  • Manage Sales and margin mix performance.
  • Manage and communicate the Trade plan.
  • Stakeholder manage and deliver strategic plans.
  • Work with internal Teams to ensure that all initiatives land right first time.
  • Work with supply chain to deliver most optimal route to market.
  • Identify and route cause problems and provide solutions.
  • Have a personal development plan for behavioural and technical needs.
  • Manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers.


You will need

  • Experienced Negotiator
  • Experienced Commercial background
  • Experienced at stakeholder management across all work levels
  • Customer focused with analytical skills
  • Understand market conditions & future trends
  • Able to be pro-active & re-active
  • Self-motivated with endless enthusiasm & passion
  • Team work skills are essential
