Procurement Capability Manager

Reporting to The Head of Procurement Strategy & Delivery, the Procurement Capability Lead will play a critical role in the development and implementation of a robust procurement learning and development approach across the whole of Tesco’s GSNFR Group Procurement functions

 

Within this role you’ll lead on the development and delivery of Tesco GSNFR Group Procurement’s learning and development strategy, ensuring that learning is aligned to both the Group and functions’ strategic priorities. To bring expert industry knowledge in order to develop the best approach, tools and techniques to support our vision to become the leading Procurement team in our industry built upon highly skilled end to end managers of the supplier network with the ultimate aim to establish a Procurement Academy
