• You will work with your managers and colleagues.

• Invest time and develop our Area Managers to ensure our colleagues are managed by a great manager.

• Share people related news keeping our teams well informed.
• Visible and available across your stores, you will celebrate success, work hard to ensure colleagues feel engaged with our plans and are all working towards the same goals.

• Continually aim to raise the bar, ensuring we have the most highly trained colleagues, through achieving brilliant training plans.
• Encourage resolution of colleague complaints.

• Partner our managers to support the wellbeing of our colleagues including short & long term absence.

Look after Customers:

•Understand our customers, how they feel about their shopping experience in stores and use this insight to drive the right training plans.

Look after Business:

•You will be a great ambassador  for the One Stop brand.

•Work as part of a team across our areas. You will be committed to support the free movement of people / jobs. Develop a culture of flexibility across your areas to support stores and area opportunities.  

•Minimise settlement costs by providing sound advice, coaching and support around all Employee Relation issues.

•Skilled in Root Cause Analysis, delving beyond the most obvious issue, to understand the true issue & impact, being curious & testing others thinking to establish facts.
