As a Personal Shopper at one of our Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs), you’ll be helping to make sure this experience is the best it can be by helping customers to get the right products, on time, and to a level of quality they’ve come to expect from us.
Whether you are looking for job flexibility to suit your lifestyle or the opportunity to progress your career, this can be the role for you.
If you are applying for a vacancy on a Flexible Contract this means that we will contract you for a certain amount of hours per week, but we may ask you to increase your hours based on the availability you provide us with at interview.
You may be contracted for a 4 hour shift on a Wednesday, but we may ask you to work 7.5 hours on that day, as long as we give over 2 hours’ notice and you informed us at interview that you are happy to increase your hours on a Wednesday.
Should you be successful in your application, your offer will be subject to and conditional upon you providing your bank account details before your agreed start date.

Working in Customer Fulfilment
The world of retail is changing, with more customers than ever choosing online delivery. Our Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFC's) are the newest part of our retail operation. They’re fast-paced, fast-growing and at the cutting edge of technology – just the place for you to get on.
To apply for a job in one of our stores, distribution or customer fulfilment centres, you will need to register with us and create a profile. You can keep your profile up-to-date by adding your latest skills and experiences.
Click through the stages below to see what you can expect from the application process:
Once you find a job you want to apply for, you can complete the online application form for that role. This will contain some basic questions and a test to see how you would react to situations you could come across whilst working. You will also need to submit your right-to-work documents to be checked. Once you have submitted your application we will review it to see if you have the skills that we are looking for.
If successful we may invite you in for an interview at the location that you have applied to work in – for management roles there might be an initial telephone interview, before the face-to-face interview.
At the interview you will complete a variety of tasks depending on the role, including a face-to-face interview. You will be given the opportunity to 'have a go' at the type of work you have applied for: this could be on the shopfloor, or completing a driving assessment. This will give you the opportunity to decide if we are the right for you and if we think you are right for us.
