About the role

F&F Support and Transformation sits at the heart of the product function. Ensuring F&F maximises our commercial opportunity through understanding performance trends across country region and channel, and also through ensuring that we have the right ways of working and process to remain agile in the market. The role of Order Administrator ensures that fundamentally we get our product successfully inducted and ordered from our worldwide supply base, ensuring that all critical lead times are met, positively impacting our customers experience at point of sale.

You will be responsible for

  • Keeping on top of issues which impact product induction, engaging with stakeholders to ensure that any issues are resolved as soon as possible .
  • Raising new lines, variants, contracts & purchase orders for the F&F business; sending out orders on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring that all amendments are actioned on products, contracts or purchase orders, liaising with teams across the business.
  • Taking action with queries regarding systems and general administration
  • Setting up factories on the range plan
  • Ensuring stock take files are inducted each month
  • Development of myself and my team
  • 1-2-1s with my Manager
  • Contribute to the viewpoint plan
  • Stay close to business development  and maintain a strong stakeholder network
  • Item induction runs smoothly
  • Suppliers receive their orders in a timely fashion

You will need

  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Access preferred
  • Preferable – Knowledge of Tesco Systems NBS, MM, LM, OTM, RMS & Retek
