You will be responsible for

•I execute our Lead Generation strategy.
•I manage the lead generation database and work collaboratively with the Recruiters and Head of Operations to ensure the right data is logged and shared between teams.
•I assist in delivery of the Franchisee Recruitment marketing programme, responsible for delivery of all offline and digital content.
•I ensure timely reviews of the programme happen and set KPI’s to report on performance, learnings and findings to the senior leadership team.
•I work collaboratively with the Recruiters, Head of Franchise and National Recruitment Manager to: keep them up-to-date with progress and where possible to create sales and marketing collateral that may help with recruitment on the ground.
•I manage the creation and delivery of a calendar of press releases to the Trade Press with the support of Head of Franchise and Head of Customer for sign off.  Also managing Trade Press contacts and other enquiries that come through Franchise, working closely with internal/external stakeholders
•I deliver the social media and web-based content strategy for Franchise.
•I am responsible for managing creation and design of all printed and digital franchise related outputs in readiness for sign off
•I work collaboratively and build relationships with multiple stakeholders across Franchise to aid in the development of content and to keep abreast of the industry.
•I ensure all digital and printed content is working effectively

You will need

Technical Skills:

•A marketing background, ideally with specialism in development and management of B2B marketing for 3+ years.
•Passion for marketing and ability to see the bigger picture.
•Experience in writing copy for press releases and working with the Press is of benefit
•An excellent level of written and verbal communication


•Educated to degree level in marketing or related subject desireable.

•Experience using a CRM system/working with databases.

•Proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically excel, word and PowerPoint.

•3 years CMS experience preferable.
