About the role

The Brand Marketing team oversees all creative marketing of F&F from PR, Social, Campaigns and Shoots the team work across multiple projects to launch exciting imagery and campaigns across the year. The Shoot Production team organises every image that is needed from a marketing POV, from cut out imagery to campaign billboards we cover sample organisation, production and admin for organisation of shoots, marking up retouching for all imagery and oversee the images and delivery of all assets

You will be responsible for

  • Own and develop social content calendar and work with the PR/social team, internal stakeholders and creative agency to plan and create innovative content to grow our social following and drive positive sentiment and engagement.
  • Structure and proactively engage with consumers through social media marketing channels to spark positive interactions/recommendations for the brand to help customers have the best customer experience.
  • Identify and create relationships with bloggers, super-fans, industry experts and influencers to help grow our online brand presence and share of voice across social and digital channels
  • Develop brands social presence in international markets (ROI, CE)  work collaboratively and build a global approach to the social strategy
  • Plan for paid media opportunities and implement across the relevant social platform
  • Flawless execution, protecting and enhancing the brand with total consistency across all digital content channels.
  • Analyse and report (weekly/monthly/campaigns) on the performance of social marketing programs, reviewing results and proactively recognise and optimise interactions with audience
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors target audiences and users.
  • Keep abreast of emerging social trends, technologies and influencers.
  • Social reporting, learnings and recommendations.
  • Social listening reports

  • Experience in scheduling content through Sprout social or other similar platforms.
