You will be responsible for

  • Lead the strategic development and delivery of Whoosh customer acquisition, retention and nurturing to maximise Whoosh sales, profit, customer lifetime value and NPS
  • Develop analytical frameworks or models with the Whoosh Analytics Manager, to create adaptable frameworks to enable us to optimise Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) towards profit, sales and NPS
  • Identify opportunities for CLV growth and risks for particular customer segments and maximise potential opportunity / manage risk
  • Work with Marketing and Online teams to implement communication programmes across a range of communication channels and measure their effectiveness
  • Support creation and execution of test plans to optimise acquisition and retention strategy on an ongoing basis
  • Work with suppliers to create suppliers funded acquisition/retention campaigns to drive customer acquisition and loyalty
  • Define and prioritise requirements needing to be built in the Whoosh Tech backlog to improve customer growth mechanisms
     

You will need

Experience relevant for this job: 

  • A proven track record of developing strategic plans and overseeing the delivery and implementation into tangible programmes of work
  • Analysis and decision making – highly analytical, comfortable interpreting complex datasets and underpinning all decision making with a data-first approach. 
  • Customer focused and comfortable influencing and working cross-functionally 
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills, and able to influence without authority at all levels - from operational through to leadership team
  • Strong understanding of commercial trading, online trading frameworks and digital marketing channels. Previous experience within this discipline is highly desirable 

Operational experience relevant for this job: 

  • Flexibility, ability to plan and organise, responsiveness, creativity, self-starter 
  • Able to build solid working relationships with peers and senior leadership 
  • Resilience and strong person drive to deliver
  • Ability to demonstrate strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills to all levels of seniority and disciplines within the organisation.
