We are delighted to share a new and exciting opportunity for a Clubcard Operations Manager to join the Customer team.
We are a team of Clubcard Operations Managers. We manage core operations of the Clubcard scheme and support successful delivery of change to deliver an increase in operational efficiencies, Clubcard penetration, active customer base and ensure we are trading safely and legally. We sit in the Membership & Loyalty team. We work cross functionally with many teams across the business including legal, technology, marketing comms, retail, online and customer service.
