A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Marketing team here at Tesco for a E-mail Marketing Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of email campaign production, whilst working with our agency partners to deliver innovative, effective, personalised comms within 'direct to customer' channels.
This role would suit someone who has examples of previous experience within email marketing along with a good HTML understanding
- Working with stakeholders throughout the business to create, build and deploy email campaigns as required
- Writing engaging and clear email briefs for our in-house creative team
- Driving innovation and test & learn plans across the email team
- Leading relationships with key agency partners to help deliver innovation (Phrasee, Movable Ink, Taxi for Email)
- Being a channel expert for wider stakeholders, offering insight and direction to comms planning
- Monitoring and reporting on email performance/effectiveness and sharing learnings across the department and wider business.
- Maintaining strong relationships with Insight and Reporting teams in order to support email measurement
- Contribute to the development of wider DCC channels where applicable (including but not limited to SMS, Direct Mail, Customer Delivery Notes, Push notifications)
- Previous experience of email marketing
- Good HTML understanding
