About the role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an E-mail Production Executive to join the Marketing Communications team.
You will be responsible for working with stakeholders throughout the business to create, build and deploy email campaigns as required.
This is an exciting time to join the team. This role would suit someone who has previously operated in a E-mail/Campaign role and who can bring enthusiasm and ambition to grow and develop their career.
You will be responsible for
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the business to create, build and deploy email campaigns as required
- Writing technically excellent email briefs and manage the creative process with copywriters and developers, through to QA.
- Managing external agency relationships in line with email campaigns as required
- Using channel expertise to offer insight and direction to comms planning and other stakeholders
- Monitoring campaign performance and effectiveness
- Working alongside other direct marketing experts to: effectively test and learn to drive improvement, utilise best in class coding techniques and define and scope audience targeting
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
You will need
- Experience of end to end briefing, development, deployment, analysis and reporting of email campaigns
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders of all levels
- Experience of ESP's and campaign platforms
