This role sits within the Security & Safety team within Technology Change - Store Operations and specifically within the Video Platform team.
The importance of video technology in our business operations continues to grow and so does the significant opportunity for transformation across the organisation. Video combined with data, video analytics and computer vision models offer enhanced solutions of use cases across compliance, risk management, customer experience and operational productivity, as well as the traditional use cases of shrink and security.
Your role will be helping to execute the Product Vision to provide a secure, reliable and flexible video platform which is critical to enable a fast paced and agile response to these opportunities. Interfacing directly with end users and engineering, you will have the opportunity to affect change and introduce features that provide transformational capabilities to our business.
As the Associate Product Manager, reporting into the Senior Product Manager, you will help define, iterate and deliver against the Product Roadmap, whilst interfacing with Designers and Researchers alongside users in Stores and Support Offices to make sure that what we’re building provides a superior experience whilst driving towards overarching business objectives.
Your skills in empathy and stakeholder management will be vital in achieving our goals. This role is based in Welwyn Garden City, with the opportunity for some remote working and travel to India.
