Job Description


  • Production Incident troubleshooting Escalate, resolve, and track production incidents to closure
  • Problem Solving & Analytics Understand and drive impact analysis to identify the root cause of production issues.
  • Incident / Problem Management
  • Be active in Wide Impact incidents and communicate to stakeholders and relevant teams
  • Review and be responsible for release scripts/ utilities /code / Deployment as required.
  • Plan, test, and drive execution of system contingency for Production systems to ensure availability
  • Plan, support, and implementation of Release deployment.
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships with various Helpdesk, SSO, and IT teams
  • Identify the Production incidents trend and work with relevant teams (NCR and API Teams) to close the issues permanently.
  • Availability and Plan ROTA for 24/7 support.
  • Ready to work in shifts
  • Automate the manual operational process wherever required.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Retail Stores systems, POS, and Cash management
  • Hands-on experience in DB and Scripting.
  • Ensure the right Splunk dashboards and proactive alerting are in place.
