About the Fulfilment Platform
Everyday hundreds of thousands of customers around the world order their groceries online from Tesco. The fulfilment platform drives the pick, pack and deliver part of the operation making it easier for in-store colleagues to serve customers.
The Role – Product Manager – Fulfilment Platform
As a Product Manager, you are responsible for managing a platform that serves the largest ecommerce grocery operation in the world with 1.5 million customer orders per week.
This is pivotal for running existing operations at scale like Grocery Home Shopping and Click & Collect whilst also being pivotal to industry changing propositions like Whoosh (Tesco’s on-demand grocery delivery proposition).
We’re looking for someone who has a history of delivering value to customers through SaaS provisioned platforms. You will be accountable for evolving and driving the platform vision & strategy, partnering with business stakeholders to set future direction as part of the wider business strategy. You will be writing user stories, creating backlogs and setting priorities. This role will best suit a strong technically focused candidate who enjoys working as part of a team, is well-organised, pragmatic and systemic thinker with an inquisitive mind who is motivated to make change for the better and, most importantly, puts our customers first.
