Currently, at Tesco Technology we work in a hybrid model. We love working from home, but we also love connecting, collaborating, and innovating with our colleagues in person. We meet in our office in Budapest for 3 days a week.
Our key strategy is to grow our online business in our international markets – Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. As part of this strategy, we are looking at offering customers new propositions, optimize the digital experience, increase number of customers and market share in Central Europe.
We are looking for a talented, energetic, and highly motivated Product Manager to join our CE International Grocery Home Shopping team at Tesco. This role is responsible for executing strategy, managing roadmap, development and optimization of existing and new capabilities and features to achieve parity between Tesco digital grocery platforms.
CE IGHS PM is expected to work in a highly collaborative and iterative manner with designated engineers, designers, analysts, and researchers to deliver top customer experience in online shopping journeys while assuring continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and alignment of features across platforms. Ability to develop close partnerships on initiatives and their deliverables is critical to meet overall CE business objectives, KPIs, and OKRs at high pace.
The ideal candidate should have strong background in product management, e-commerce, and customer experience and the ability to combine product vision with qualitative and quantitative research to effectively lead the team in delivering value to our customers and business.
CE IGHS PM will also be working closely with marketing, business, content teams, and other peers from relevant teams and departments throughout organization to ensure collaboration, alignment, and in-time risk mitigation and delivery.
