Digital Trading and Content Executive

This is a fast paced and dynamic role which drives excellence in customer experiences of the Tesco Mobile website (www.tescomobile.com).  
With responsibility for the key window into the brand, you’ll closely interact with a wide variety of stakeholders and internal/external partners. 
You’ll be part of a high performing team, always looking to innovate and to constantly improve performance and customer outcomes.
You’ll work with brilliant colleagues, great external partners and be fully commited to our continuing drive to evolve the team as we continue our Agile transformation. 
 

• Responsible for the delivery of exceptional online customer journeys via optimisation of the tescomobile.com website from both a content and trade perspective. 
• Use a modern CMS to maintain website according to clear timelines i.e. build and update offers, banners and promotional pages across the website etc. 
• You’ll embrace Tesco Mobile agile principles and ways of working to maximise time spent on delivering excellent outcomes for our customers 
• Fully embrace all Agile ceremonies and live and breathe the Agile mindset in everything you do. 
• Use regular retrospectives and other ceremonies to identify and implement improved ways of working that free up more time to devote to our customers. 
• Work closely with third party partners to drive ongoing improvement and efficiency.
• Provide operational support within the Digital Operations Circle wherever priorities demand.

• Utilise knowledge and experience to accurately prioritise workload, to understand your sprint capacity and to identify improvement opportunities.

• Desirable: Knowledge of modern CMS platforms (AEM, Magento etc), analytics tools (AA, GA etc.), project management tools (Jira, Trello etc).
• Desirable: Experience of working in telco / subscription based/ tech brand.
