An opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager at our Dundee Colleague & Customer Engagement Centre. This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week over the following shift pattern:
Reporting to a Senior Operations Manager, the successful candidate will lead, inspire and coach their Team Leaders to deliver operational excellence, high employee engagement and service improvement. You will deliver business objectives, ensuring consistent achievement of all operational KPIs and the broader functional plans.
Please note: This role is blended working, with the expectation of a minimum of 3 days working in the Dundee CCEC each week.
